The purpose of City Lights is to reach out to deejays, breakdancers, emcees/rappers, graffiti writers, and their fans with the gospel. The hip-hop community, in general, don't know many Christians and are unlikely to attend a church to learn about God - so God sends us to them. Through building lasting and caring relationships with this unique community, this project aims to help those in this culture to explore, trust, follow, and share Jesus.
