An emergency relief contingency fund to allow immediate response to the most pressing needs of the SIM-related Sudan Interior Church family when a disaster occurs. These funds will give the ability to do a needs assessment and establish preliminary relief infrastructure while work is being done to put together an appropriate longer-term relief project.
