This project will support the work of the SIM People Development and Care whose vision is to see SIM's people grow as a community of global kingdom workers becoming more like Jesus. The People Development and Care team will accomplish this through initiatives and programs that help SIMs people grow in their: 1) relationship with God, 2) relationship with people, 3) ministry effectiveness and competency, and 4) well-being and resilience.
