For SIM to achieve its objectives of making disciples of all peoples, ministering to human need and equipping leaders of the Church, it is important that we have a team of sufficient size and skills to be able to meet the ministry needs within the country. This project provides financial assistance to members (both potential and existing) who will serve or are currently serving in the country to facilitate growing the team.
