This project is designed to specifically support the infrastructure and personnel development at CEML Hospital. The project will provide ICU training for nurses, train and prepare Angolan surgeons through the Pan-African Academy of Christian Surgeons (PAACS) program, and allow the Director and other senior staff members to participate in a 4-month language immersion program in South Africa
